Shipping Discrepancies

Please examine your packages upon receipt to ensure your order is correct. This can be done by identifying the box with the enclosed packing slip. Please keep in mind that with multiple box shipments, the packing list may be in only one box. It is your responsibility to confirm that you have received all of the items indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within 5 business days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue; therefore variances reported after 5 business days may not be considered.


All return requests must be processed by our Support Team at prior to return, all purchasers must be assigned an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any product returned without an authorized RMA will be denied. Boxes containing products that have been written on or compromised in any way may not be accepted for return. All products must be returned in original packaging and packed in an additional outer box to reduce the possibility of damage during return shipping. Items returned to us shall be sent freight pre-paid and insured.  All items must be in new, re-sellable condition with the original manuals, accessories, and packing material. We reserve the right to reject returns in which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage, or visible signs of usage of the item.

Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Non-refrigerated product must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns for refrigerated or HAZMAT products.

In order to keep accurate inventory levels, any replacement product that is shipped will be invoiced. Once the original product is returned, the original invoice may be credited.

WDS reserves the right to deny a return request outside of the above guidelines. After 10 days, the RMA and return option may no longer be valid and will not be authorized for return.

Refund Policy:

If approved, credit will be issued only to the credit card originally used to purchase the item.
