WDS holds a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) award and serves federal buyers through GSA Advantage and eBuy under that contract. Our hosted catalog lists only items awarded on our Schedule and reflects approved eMods before publication.

Need

Stand up a hosted catalog that shows only MAS-awarded SKUs, with accurate manufacturer part numbers, images, country of origin, and other GSA-required attributes.
Establish a governance flow so every change (add, delete, price, description) happens after an approved eMod, then is published to GSA Advantage via SIP/EDI (Schedule Input Program / Electronic Data Interchange).
Normalize product content to GSA’s catalog file and image standards to speed acceptance and avoid catalog rejections.

Note on SINs: Primary listing coverage includes SIN 334516 and SIN 339113LAB, with additional awarded SINs included in the catalog. Items are published when (and only when) they appear on the awarded contract lines for the relevant SIN(s).

Response

WDS implemented a mod-driven catalog operating model:

Contract-first governance. All changes are processed as eMods (Electronic Modifications); only after GSA approval do we stage/publish to GSA Advantage (no standing quarterly refresh).
Data normalization & publishing.Normalized SKU data to SIP (Schedule Input Program)/EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) schema; attached compliant images; populated required attributes to reduce rejections.
Quality & manufacturer content.Where available, leveraged VPP (Verified Products Portal) content to strengthen authoritative specs and confirm authorized reseller status.
eBuy readiness. Clean manufacturer part numbers and structured lines so COs can reference awarded items in RFQs.

Catalog accuracy. Every listed item is contract-awarded and traceable to an approved eMod—minimizing IFF/reporting errors and compliance risk.
Faster acceptances. SIP/EDI formatting + compliant imagery reduce catalog errors and resubmits.
Buyer clarity. Clean MPNs and attributes streamline eBuy RFQs and speed evaluation.
