What “Contract-Approved” Means at
Wilson Dependable Services

WDS publishes catalogs that list only SKUs awarded, approved, or expressly allowed under your contract or buying program. Each item is normalized to your schema (UNSPSC, manufacturer, MPN, UoM) and mapped to your pricing and eligibility rules. Restricted items are excluded; where permitted items require licensure or end-use review, we flag them with structured attributes and route them through your workflow.

Data Standards

  • Core: Manufacturer, MPN, Title, UNSPSC, UoM, Short/Long Description
  • Compliance: Hazmat, Temp class, Lot/Expiry (where applicable), Country of Origin
  • Commerce: Contract Price, Min/Max order, Lead time, Return class
  • Catalog IDs: Your internal ID (if provided), WDS ID, OEM ID references
  • Hosted: CSV, XLSX, cXML Catalog
  • PunchOut: Real-time with structured return docs (PO Acknowledgment, ASN, Invoice)
  • Images & sheets: Image URLs, Data Sheets/CoA available on request
  • Note: UTF-8 encoding; ≤50MB files recommended.

Catalog Governance & Change Control

All catalog changes are controlled through structured review processes to ensure contract alignment, data integrity, and procurement system compatibility.

Contract-first governance

Adds/changes only after contract approval (eMods / formal notifications).

Versioning & logs

Each refresh is versioned with a timestamp and change class (add / update / remove).

Quarterly baseline, ad-hoc criticals

Routine refresh cadence, with urgent corrections pushed as needed.

No auto-substitutions

Substitutes appear only where your agreement explicitly allows and are marked as Contract-Approved Alternate.

No automatic substitutions; all adds/changes follow formal contract notifications (e.g., eMods).

Platform Readiness

WDS catalog data is structured for compatibility with leading enterprise procurement platforms.

Hosted/PunchOut; cXML return docs (POA/ASN/Invoice).

Hosted catalog and/or PunchOut supported for any Jaggaer buyer tenant; contract filters, structured data, and tenant-specific validations.

Compatible with Oracle Procurement systems, supporting hosted and PunchOut catalogs with contract-aligned data and enterprise purchasing workflows.

Quality Gates

Every SKU added to the WDS catalog passes through structured validation checkpoints before becoming contract-approved.
